Let the market decide. If China wants the waste, China can process her own, and, if China wants to import, let them import, and let them decide what is the best place to do it.

All other countries should just be open to suggestions from China, and do not stop exporting to China, unless that's what China wants.

All countries must consider damage to their own environment - water, soil, air, people's health (and medical costs) - are all costs of doing business. If they think they can make money when all these costs are included, they are better man than I am.

In the mean time, lets reduce, reuse and recycle.
